Need help with an order: who to contact
For anything about your order, parcel, coupons or account, contact Kakobuy. The contact page in the 10 October 2026 snapshot lists live chat from 9am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday, UK time; verify current hours on the operator’s contact page; an official Discord server for support and feedback; and the email [email protected]. Business enquiries go to a separate address and will not answer order questions.
Before you write, open the parcel's logistics window, shown here, and copy the latest event. Include the order or parcel number, the notice you are relying on and its date. "The festival notice of 9 October 2026, section 1" gets a faster answer than "the Halloween discount".

Glossary of agent and calendar terms

How to choose an agent you can trust
Judge any agent, Kakobuy included, on things you can verify. Is the operating company named, with an address? Kakobuy names EVERYDAY GO INC and a UK company, number 16947583. Are fees written down in the help centre rather than only in banners? Are promotions dated, with an end or an exit clause? Is there a written return window and a storage limit? Does the agent publish its policy on prohibited goods? Kakobuy's anti-counterfeiting policy, dated 8 October 2024 in its help system, states that non-authentic products are prohibited and that purchase privileges and funds can be withheld.
Trust grows with dates. An agent whose notices say when they start, when they end and how they would be withdrawn is easier to plan around than one with bigger numbers and no dates.
Other agents you will hear about
Spreadsheet communities mention several agents besides Kakobuy, and many shoppers try two or three before settling. They all perform the same four steps shown above. The differences that matter show up in the same places this site watches: how fees are split between service fee and currency markup, how long storage is free, how returns are timed, and whether promotions carry dates and exit clauses.
We do not rank agents. If you are comparing, take one real parcel, the same items and destination on the same day, and compare the final total plus the terms of the line each agent offers. Then compare how each one dates its promotions. That second comparison costs ten minutes and tells you how much you will be able to plan.
Things to avoid with promotions and timing
- Paying for goods a few hours late. Item-price promotions need the order placed and paid in the window, in Beijing time.
- Assuming the event end is the use-by date. Subsidies can last longer; redeemed coupons carry their own timestamps.
- Trusting a banner or badge with no dated notice behind it. The $105 figure is the standing example.
- Reading the list without years. "04-17" was 2025.
- Letting storage run out while waiting for a window. 100 days for normal parcels, then disposal.
- Missing the 120-hour return window because you were waiting for other items before looking at photos.
- Assuming a help page is current. Several still describe 2021 or 2022 rules.
Frequently asked questions about dates and deals
Is the October 2026 festival still on?
It depends on the part and the day. The shipping subsidy earned from 10 to 16 October; earned subsidy expires 30 November 2026. The coupon code redeems until 31 October. The flash sale ran 15 and 16 October. Use the date probe for any day.
Is the €3 per parcel EU charge permanent?
It has no end date, but the 23 June 2026 notice says Kakobuy will announce separately, in advance, if it stops. Check the list for a newer EU notice before you ship.
Why does the home page say $105 when the notice says ¥3000?
The $105 figure appears in an operator tutorial image from February 2024; the dated ¥3000 notice is from 22 September 2024. The $105 card is older copy that was never removed. See sign-up offers by date.
Do festival coupons expire when the festival ends?
The notice gives a redemption window for the code. It does not state how long redeemed coupons stay valid. Each coupon shows its own timestamp at checkout.
Which time zone do Kakobuy windows use?
Beijing time, also written GMT+8 or UTC+8. A window ending on the 16th closes in the afternoon or evening of the 16th in Europe and around midday in the eastern US.
Is the US tax-free routes notice still valid?
The archived notice prints no end date; that alone does not establish current route availability. It is from April 2025 and its promised update never appeared in the list. Use the line description in the estimator on the day you ship.
How often do you re-check?
The archive snapshot is dated 10 October 2026; the buying tutorial was checked separately on 15 October. The updates page records the checks performed and suggests when a buyer should check again.
Can you tell me if a quota code still works?
No. The promote page code has a 200-winner quota and no counter. Try it once at registration; if refused, assume the quota is gone.
